Soft Skills


Soft Skills is a sociological term relating to a person's EQ, the cluster of personality traits, social graces, communication, language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that characterize relationships with other people.
1. Communication skills - general skills to listen and articulate your ideas in writing and verbally to any audience. This would help me because I am very outgoing and can talk to anyone about anything.
2. Presentation skills – ability to maintain attention and achieve your desired outcome from presenting to an audience. This would not help me because I get nervous in front of big groups of people.
3. Leadership skills – ability to create and communicate vision and ideas that inspires others to follow with commitment and dedication. This would help me because I'm really good at leading people to achieve a goal.
4. Patience – ability to step back in an emergency to think clearly or the ability to pause and wait when you are in a rush or want to rush others. This would not help me because I am one of the most impatient people you will ever meet.
5. Organizing skills – ability to organize business gatherings to facilitate learning, networking, or business transactionsople. This would help me because i am a very organized person and I love leading people to accomplish our goals in the company.
